Probably one of my favorite cities in the world I couldn’t miss out on seeing again for the third time the City of London.
Travelling here this year was at the start to visit friends but it ended up being a real touristy trip. I spend 3 nights here at The Belgrave Hotel in Pimlico, a short London Underground Tube trip to all main attractions and major airport on the Victoria Line.

Pimlico wasn’t an area I was familiar with at the start but getting around to other parts of the city was so simple and the Station was only a 5 minute walk. The Belgrave is Luxury Boutique family ran hotel and as soon as I entered the building I could see why because of the warm hospitality and friendly smiles from staff.

There as many different options for room chooses but for this trip I got a Compact Double room which included continental breakfast. My room was quite tiny by for a single traveler is was perfect, it has a very comfortable queen size bed with a modern clean bathroom. I was lucky enough to have great views of the River Thames and to be able to see numerous planes flying over me heading to land at Heathrow.
As I was in England I wasn’t going to miss the chance of having a pub meal, lucky enough I found a really good one not far from where I was staying The Feathers a real traditional British Pub was all different selections of meals and beverages.

For my first day I went and hit all the main attractions: Abbey Road, St Paul’s Cathedral, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Parliament House, Big Ben and Oxford Street. For me to get to all these places I used The Underground Tube Transport. Another way that I recommend seeing all these attractions and hot spots is to using London Hop-on Hop-off City Sightseeing Bus you can choose from different routes and duration’s to make sure you see the whole city.

Another great place I went for dinner was in Hammersmith (on Piccadilly Line) called Brook Green Hotel, located in West London a newly renovated British Pub that has amazing burgers and beer selections.

My final day in the city was spend catching up with friends and doing a little more sightseeing (F.Y.I Shopping) around Oxford/Regent Street. During the evening I wasn’t going to miss the chance to see London come alive on a Friday night in Covert Garden – London’s main entertainment area with loads of cafes, restaurants and bars. Me and a friend went to a Spanish Wine & Tapas Bar called Pix. If you’ve ever been to Spain and have had Tapas then this is quite close to it, you have a variety of appetisers which are attached to either small or big sticks.

At the end your sticks are calculated for your final bill, small and large sticks are fixed priced so you will pay the same for each.
Another visit to London came to an end but I will in fact visit again to explore more of the outer city and surrounding cities. A big Thank You goes to all the staff at The Belgrave Hotel, EasyJet for flying me to London Gatwick and once again SunTransfers for my transportation transfer.
Cheerio,
TZULS 😛
